WOMEN ON TOP
Mixed Martial Arts Team
The Women on Top Mixed Martial Arts Team, was created out of
pure desperation.
After five years of training with almost exclusively men, I
realized that many women felt they couldn't train effectively in a
male-dominated sport.
It bothered me to see so many women missing out on
such a fun, challenging, and popular sport.
So an idea was born....the call went out......and the women
responded.
Mixed Martial Arts
combines elements of boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to
provide an intensive core workout. Classes usually start with a warm-up,
followed by boxing and kickboxing drills and a partner workout. We then
move on to learning,
perfecting, and putting into practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
Women
on Top is designed for all women, regardless of age or
physical ability.
This class will help you achieve your
goals, whether those goals are to improve your level of
fitness,
increase your confidence, or meet new friends.
The purpose of this team is to help women reach their potential,
both
physically and mentally.
New members are always
welcome...we
