Fighter fit classes

The fighter fit class was intended to give participants the fighter body minus the black eyes. Mixed Martial artists are some of the best conditioned athletes on the planet. Fighter fit uses the same conditioning routines and exercises that our professional fighters use to prepare for their matches. The classes use body weight exercises, bag work, kettle bells, anaconda ropes, tires and other training tools that are not found at your common gym.
